Leafmore Hills and the Creek Park neighborhood is located between Clairmont Road and North Druid Hills, roughly south of LaVista Road, in Decatur, Georgia.
Homes within the area are mostly brick ranches built in the 1950's and 1960's, but there are also several sections that contain newer, larger homes built in the past 10 years or so. The Leafmore area is served by a strong public school system with National recognition and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods because of the excellent schools.

Sixteen homes sold here with an average price of $446,000 and were on the market an average of 36 days. Currently, three homes are actively listed for sale between $365,000 for 3 bedroom/2 bath property and $649,000 for 4 bedroom/3 bath home.
